Practice Mindful Breathing With Commander Shepard

By Nissa Campbell · February 26th, 2018 · Helping Yourself

Jennifer Hale has voiced some of the most memorable characters in video games and television. She’s been Bioshock Infinite’s Rosalind Lutece, Metal Gear Solid’s Naomi Hunter, and — for a great many of us — the one and only Commander Shepard of Mass Effect.

In this new video from our friends at CheckPoint, Hale takes on a new role: meditation coach. She narrates a three minute mindful breathing exercise that you can keep coming back to whenever you need a moment to center yourself, continue a daily practice, or enjoy the many health benefits that accompany mindful meditation. Find a comfortable place to sit, pop in your headphones, and let Commander Shepard guide you to a more peaceful place.
